1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup bread crumbs toasted in olive oil and salt
1 ½ tsp garlic powder
1 pinch of seasoning (according to your taste. Can be oregano, thyme or Italian seasoning)
Salt to sprinkle
Mix all the ingredients except salt in a bowl. Pat it out like a pizza on butter paper. Sprinkle with salt. Bake for 15 min at 180 degrees Celsius. Use a pizza cutter to cut it.
